Leeds Art Centre Chooses Soft Floor Kids For New Premises Play Area

The creative people at Northlight Art Centre in Leeds are are a growing team of passionate artists and art enthusiasts with a vision to provide a platform for artists to promote their work both online through their website and offline through their studio and events.

Seeking to expand the business and generate more opportunities, proprietors Tim and Lisa invested in a new studio which would give them more space for artists to exhibit a well as important community engagement. Part of ethos at Northlight Arts Centre is to focuses on community engagement and for two mornings a week, the open plan cafe area is transformed into a toddlers play space where parents and carers can meet and mingle. The team considered the existing hard laminate floor a hazard for little ones and wanted to create a ‘softer’ to avoid bumps and bruises.
