Delivery Rates & Zones
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (UK) and Europe. However, only UK mainland customers can buy online. For delivery to other areas, please contact us with your full address details for delivery rates.
Standard Delivery (3-5 days)
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours but could take longer during busy periods. We provide a standard 3 to 5 day courier delivery service for regular orders and a pallet service for large orders.
UK Christmas Delivery
Please note, the last day for Christmas delivery is 20th December. Orders placed after this date will be despatched from 3rd January 2024. We apologise for any delay or inconvenience. Have a great Christmas!

Collection
To collect your order from our warehouse at CO11 2LH or to organise your own delivery, you may complete your order by selecting 'collection' at the checkout. You will be contacted to arrange a suitable day/time.
IMPORTANT: For security purposes, photo ID is required for all order collections.
Delivery Times
We are unable to guarantee delivery times or call before delivery. A signature is usually required on receipt, so please make sure someone is available at the delivery address. To arrange a weekend delivery, please contact our sales team. If for any reason we are unable to despatch your order, or if you have chosen to collect your order, a member of our sales team will contact you with further details.
Expedited Delivery
We can provide an expedited delivery service but this is dependent on stock status and location. Please call for rates.
PO Box Addresses?
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses as a signature is required for all deliveries.
